I build and run tech-driven businesses at all stages — from first revenue to mature, multi-country operations.

My experience spans fintech, SaaS, banking, insurance, and AI, with deep operational expertise in Spain and across European markets. I've led P&Ls up to €50M, built and exited three companies, and launched operations in eight markets.

Currently CEO of Crassula, a Banking-as-a-Service platform powering fintech and neobank infrastructure.

I also teach at ISDI and mentor early-stage founders on strategy, operations, and business model design.
